elements of it work really well, i love the butterfly woman and the red bullseye are just great, but your typography ruins it
am sorry but i have to be harsh, i just feel that by having such great elements to your work, you should be able to do better,
the only thing i could suggest is possibly use a sans serif font, keep it clean, but leave the butterfly woman and bullseye as they are
move the barcode else where and get rid of the white, so the main background is the creamey beigey colour
and remove that city, get rid of the text being layoud out as centred, make it fully justified, or aligned to the left or right
